Many starting points,
one integrative perspective
1-to-1: mental & emotional
Sometimes you sense that something needs to change, but you are not sure where to begin. In one-to-one sessions, we take the time to pause and explore what is truly present beneath the surface. We start with your question or intention and gently examine how patterns, beliefs and emotions may be influencing your health, energy, relationships and choices. Through thoughtful inquiry, embodied awareness and practical exercises, you learn to listen more closely to what your intuition, body and emotions are communicating.
These sessions are designed to help you release what no longer serves you, find a sense of calm within yourself, and move forward with greater clarity, in a way that feels aligned with who you are. A return to what matters most. Often, within just a few sessions, a clearer sense of direction begins to emerge.

1-to-1: physical & complementary
Struggling with physical complaints? They rarely exist in isolation. The body functions as an intelligent, interconnected system that continuously communicates through signals. When balance is disrupted, this may present as fatigue, hormonal fluctuations, digestive issues, burnout-related symptoms or other physical concerns.
From an orthomolecular and integrative perspective (KPNI), we explore underlying factors and patterns. Elements such as nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, energy balance and hormonal regulation are viewed in their full context. You receive clear explanations, a practical step-by-step approach and personalised guidance that goes beyond symptom management, with a focus on supporting vitality, resilience and overall wellbeing.
1-to-1: business & growth
Your work is more than what you do; it reflects who you are. Yet along the way, it is easy to lose direction. Perhaps you sense that there is more potential waiting to be explored. You may find yourself questioning your direction or energy, encountering recurring patterns in collaboration or leadership, or noticing that success no longer brings the same sense of fulfilment. In these sessions, we move beyond strategy or goals and return to the core: who you are in your work, what drives you, and which beliefs or habits may be shaping your choices beneath the surface. From that depth, we begin to rebuild clarity, focus and purposeful action.
Themes we may explore include setting healthy boundaries and managing energy, authenticity and leadership, vision, direction and decision-making, and navigating change, uncertainty or growth. Whether you are an employee, a leader or an entrepreneur, coaching offers space to grow from a place of calm, self-awareness and confidence. You discover how to create greater impact with less effort, and reconnect with a deeper sense of enjoyment and meaning in your work.

Teamcoaching & co-training
Alongside individual guidance, I am also engaged within organisations as a co-trainer or team coach. In this role, I support teams and professionals around themes such as collaboration, vitality, leadership and sustainable employability.
My contribution lies at the intersection of content, reflection and the underlying dynamics within teams, making patterns visible, connecting different perspectives and translating insight into meaningful movement within the context of the team’s or organisation’s vision and ambitions.

Self-paced learning: in development
For those who prefer to work independently and deepen their understanding at their own pace, I am currently developing online courses around themes such as health, energy and self-leadership. In these programmes, I bring together the most valuable insights from my broad knowledge and experience into practical, accessible learning formats.
You will gain access to knowledge, exercises and moments of reflection designed to support more conscious living, healthier choices and a more balanced way of navigating stress and emotions. If you would like additional support along the way, individual online sessions can be booked to deepen insights and maintain momentum.
The first online courses are expected in 2026.
